This week the main event was the Friday choir performance in Blackheath. But the lead up to it was also pretty nice, as we did the run throughs of all the songs in the rehearsals, which is always my favourite part. I especially like it when we do the mixed parts run throughs.

Tuesday was all about volunteering. I went to Training Link for two hours, then came back and did the StartX judging. It was a lot of time, and in between I had just enough time to say bye to Steph as she jetted off for more cave diving.

Wednesday Zaheer and Zahira had me over and we played some Command and Conquer 3. It is interesting playing such an old RTS because so many of the conventions just weren’t there. The construction restrictions and build menus were so different from what I’m used to.

Thursday was a day for lifing. I took the kitties to the vet and got my teeth cleaned and checked. Everything is going well for everyone thankfully.
