Steph and I cooked some tasty Tom Yom for lunch, and made a ton extra for eating later. This time we used the spice bags I bought, and it worked quite well. We also put in some cauliflower and corn to try out those new veggies.

The cauliflower was very tasty in the soup, especially after soaking. I think we slightly under cooked the soup on the first go, but the reheated was great. The corn was decidedly neutral, but it is a decent way to add more variety.
